Michelle was so great! I connected with her to ask some questions about the leash sleeve. I recently adopted a rescue dog, and after adoption we realized she was highly boundary reactive. Walking on a leash has been very stressful, especially because some people are not good at reading doggy body language even if it is very obvious. I wanted a surefire way people would get the message. I thought that unless someone was totally clueless that they would see the sleeve and know to stay back. She is not aggressive, but she is very fearful. Michelle was incredibly prompt to answer all my questions and offer suggestions on selections! She took my ideas and made an incredible piece in literally record breaking time. I've NEVER ordered anything from Etsy, let alone a custom made item ship so fast! I wouldn't hesitate to shop again!
